Please choose carefully as products cannot be returned. 

Your order will be shipped on the next business day from receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via Australia Post & a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.

If you receive damaged or faulty products please contact us at mel@inmelsmind.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your items to let us know. We may ask for photos to help sort out the situation as quickly as possible. 

Please check that your details are correct before placing your order. In Mel’s Mind takes no responsibility for items being shipped to the wrong address if an incorrect address is provided by the customer.
