I have been using Mel’s Love List on a daily basis now for months. It helps me to keep check of my daily tasks but most importantly to keep myself in check and to prioritize myself. It’s a constant reminder to check in and make sure I am doing the right thing by me first and foremost.

This is a powerful tool in not only organising my day, but in changing my mindset. Life is a gift and I feel the simple change in words from ‘To Do list’ to ‘Love List’ is a good reminder to love the life we’ve been given (even in the boring day to day). Thank you Mel

LOVE LOVE LOVE my love list.
Such a powerful tool in reminding myself to prioritize self care and gratitude practices.
It’s also great for reframing tasks that I don’t like so much from “I have to do” to “I get to do” which is an important tool in shifting my mindset & beliefs around certain daily tasks.
Perfect size for my handbag so I can take it on the go with me but also handy to keep on my desk where I spend the majority of my day and sometimes need that visual reminder.
Self care isn’t selfish and I think the love list is the visual reminder that us Mums need in order to give ourselves permission to prioritize ourself and our needs.
