This lemon protein ball recipe is delicious and so easy to make!
You will need: 1 cup of raw cashews, 2 cups of almond meal, 2 cups dedicated coconut, juice of 2 lemons, zest of 3 lemons, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 serving scoops of vanilla protein & 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Method: Blitz cashews in blender, add all dry ingredients then blitz again. Add lemon juice, maple syrup & vanilla essence. Blitz enough to mix. Roll mix in to preferred size balls, roll in a small amount of coconut then refrigerate.
